Where do you ship? We currently ship to the United States only, including PO Boxes.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Subscribers enjoy free shipping on every order.

How quickly do orders ship? Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST ship the next business day.

How long does delivery take? Standard shipping via USPS typically arrives within 3-5 business days after your order ships.

Is expedited shipping available? Yes. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your package's progress via USPS.

What if my package is lost or damaged? If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@balancedbotanicals.com and we'll reship it at no additional cost.
